Delivery Information

All of our prices include delivery to any UK or Northern Ireland address at no additional cost.  Delivery to Ireland has a small extra cost which is added at the checkout.

Boxed inflatables (FISH | FUN | AIR | ALU) are delivered fully insured on a signed for service by courier. Standard free delivery takes approximately 3 - 5 working days from time of fulfillment.  Orders are fulfilled Monday - Friday, either on the day the order is placed, or the following day (depending on time of order).

If you have provided an email address you will receive an email notification on the day of delivery with a 1 hour delivery slot window, which can be changed if required. If your item has not arrived after 5 working days (excluding bank holidays) please contact us for a delivery update.

Packages must be checked for damage BEFORE signing for the delivery.  In the case of damage to the contents the item should be rejected and the courier instructed to return the item to the supplier.  In the case of superficial damage to the packaging that does not affect the contents, the item should be accepted and signed for marked "damaged packaging".

RIB models are delivered throughout the UK by our own vehicles. We will contact you when your order is ready for delivery to arrange a mutually convenient time.
