Shipping policy

1. Order Processing:

Orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

A confirmation email with tracking details will be sent after your order is shipped.

2. Shipping Options & Rates:

Small items delivered via courier:

Note: Shipping delays may occur during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Electric Outboard Motors are delivered at a cost of £49.99 to UK mainland addresses.  Please contact us for delivery to areas outside of UK mainland.

Large items including boat packages are delivered via our own transport.  Please contact us for individual pricing and timescales.

3. International Shipping:

We ship to select countries outside United Kingdom.  Please contact us for a quotation.

International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes. These are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Order Tracking:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your package’s status.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages:

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@boatsmart.co.uk within 7 days. We will investigate and provide a resolution.
