Refund policy

We accept returns within 14 days of purchase. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.

3. Return Process:

Provide your order number and reason for the return.

Ship the item back to Boatsmart, 177 Swanwick Lane, Swanwick, Southampton, SO31 7GY.

4. Refunds:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days after the return is received and inspected.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges:

We offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

6. Return Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
